The next application deadline for outline proposals to the Nuffield Foundation''s Access to Justice, Child Protection and Family Justice, Older People and their Families and Open Door programmes is the 9th November 2007. Under these programmes, organisations such as universities, independent research institutes and voluntary organisations can apply for grants of from £5000 to £150,000 and upwards and support research and/or innovative projects that will inform the development of policy or practice in the areas of; access to, and understanding of, the civil justice system; projects that helps to ensure that the legal and institutional framework is best adapted to meet the needs of children and families; and projects that promotes the autonomy and well-being of older people.
