Living with a chronic health condition can be hugely stressful and coping with the demands of daily life can seem like an incredibly daunting prospect.
However, help is at hand with the introduction of a new course designed to give sufferers the chance to learn about new techniques that will equip them with the skills to manage their condition better and improve their quality of life.
The course is funded in partnership by North Glasgow Community Health & Care Partnership (CHCP) & North Glasgow Healthy Living Community and will be delivered by Disability Information Greater Glasgow (DIGG).
