Who makes decisions?
The Community Reference Group is a reference group, not a decision-making body. Locally, all final decisions are made by the Local Community Planning Partnership Board. However, these decisions can be influenced and shaped by the discussions and views of the CRG. There are 4 positions on the Local Community Planning Partnership Boards for local residents and community representatives.
MembershipMembership of the Community Reference Group is open to any resident from the local area who can represent a local group or network. Community Reference Group membership is founded on individuals representing their group or networks view, not their own personal views as an individual local resident.
