FREE to North Glasgow residents, volunteers and voluntary sector staff!
The workshop aims to provide course participants with an understanding of mental well-being, mental health problems , stigma and recovery.
Skilled tutors along with trained volunteers from Glasgow Association for Mental Health (GAMH) will deliver the workshop. A key part of the training draws upon the personal experiences of those who have used mental health services.
