Access North Glasgow

When young people visit the YHS they can: See a doctor or nurse, with a friend or on their own, to discuss any particular health problem or issue they may have - without having to make an appointment. Visit the gym for a workout and find out how to stay fit and healthy. Find a space to listen to music, read magazines and health information. Chat to our youth workers who can give information about all kinds of issues. Take part in group discussions on health issues that affect young people such as bullying, drugs, relationships, looking good and smoking. Talk in private or with friends to our counsellor or drugs and alcohol worker about anything from stress, family problems to questions you might have on addictions.
