Main Services

The Forum has a mixture of desktop and laptop computers (16) supported by Microsoft and various other assistive technologies, hardware and software.

The ICT suite was designed to offer individuals with a disability greater access to ICT and the Internet and boasts adjustable height desks to facilitate wheelchair access and a large 42" screen for training purposes.

The suite also offers wireless networking so that user can work comfortable within the Forum and is fully supported and available for bookings.

Opening Times

Monday: 10am - 4pm
Tuesday: 10am - 5pm
Wednesday: 10am - 5pm
Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm

We have a core skills class in the centre on a Thursday 10am-12pm where 2  dedicated tutors are on hand to assist people with disabilities to improve their skills in literacy and numeracy.

An ICT class is held on a Wednesday 1pm-3pm for people who have complex needs and want to learn how to use a computer. The class is run in our IT suite with a dedicated tutor.

We also have an IT class on Thursday evenings 5.30pm-7.30pm for people who would like to improve on their skills and learn new things about IT.

The forum is fully accessible with facilities to cater for all needs.
