What Do We Do?

- NGASS aims to contribute to a healthy lifestyle by providing information and education to encourage the sensible use of alcohol in order to prevent harm to individuals and the community.
How Do We Work?
- Raise levels of alcohol awareness
- Alcohol awareness training for local agencies
- Delivery of alcohol awareness training to employers
- Involve local volunteers
- Address attitudes to alcohol
- Improve skills related to prevention of alcohol misuse
- Improve referrals to existing alcohol services
- Encourage local participation

- Not only those with an alcohol problem
