Stage 1The first Stage is Intensive Support (usually up to 12 weeks), which offers a full range of activities and support, including one to one sessions, group work, complementary therapy and literacy work. On of the aims is to help clients progress towards a more stable lifestyle and prepare to move to the next stage of the programme.
Stage 2The next stage is Flexible Support (usually up to 12 weeks). This stage of the programme includes our full range of activities and support. The principle aim is to help clients progress towards employment and to progress their independent living skills.
Stage 3Clients then progress to the Aftercare stage (usually up to 26 weeks), which offers continued support for clients which is tailored to meet their individual needs. The principle aim is to provide flexible care packages that can accommodate changing needs and offer clients access to many of the activities and support when they are required. |
