Clients working in the retail sector will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

-  Provide excellent customer service

-  Keep shop floor clean and tidy

-  Receive deliveries and check stock in stock room

-  Lift and move boxes / cartons as required

Candidate Profile

This course offers people of all ages the opportunity to gain access to skills and practical work experience to help them find employment in the retail sector.

Clients interested in working in this sector should be:

-  Flexible - able to work evenings and weekends

-  Reliable

-  Good communication skills

-  Willingness to learn

This is a 6 Week training programme which includes a 2 week placement.
