List of Services These are a range of services available within the project. All service are offered free of charge and individuals will be fast tracked if referred through Keep well.

This service provides a quality, confidential and effective one to one counselling service for people with issues regarding their alcohol use. The service is also available to relatives and friends of people with alcohol related issues.

The health counselling service is a 12 month programme aimed at individuals who require support and advice around increasing their physical activity

This service provides patients with support in accessing free local adult literacy and numeracy tuition for English speakers and those who are learning English as an additional language

This service offers one to one, free and confidential advice regarding all debt or credit related issues. It provides a range of services including negotiating with creditors on clients behalf and assessing entitlement to Tax Credits and other benefits

Pharmacy Medicines Services – 0141 201 5752
Some people with a repeat prescription of 4 or more medicines may have difficulty remembering to take them or take them in the right way. Your pharmacy will offer you help to get the most from your prescription by working closely with you and your GP practice.

People who have mild to moderate mental health problems can be helped with this service

Smoking Cessation - 0141 232 9113
If you smoke and you would like some help to quit then there are many ways of supporting you. You can be referred to the local Stop Smoking Cessation Coordinator, Stop Smoking Befriending Project or Starting Fresh Enhanced Service

These stress centres offer theraputic support via Massage, Reiki, Acupuncture, Counselling and Group Work to help people become aware of how stress is affecting their health and discover ways of reducing their stress levels thus achieving a healthier lifestyle.

If you are aged between 45-64 and your GP is participating in the project we encourage you to register for your GP appointment however, you are still able to contact some of the services yourself (patient self-referral) and will still be fast tracked and receive the service free of charge.
