- Full Cost Recovery. Full cost recovery means recovering or funding the full costs of a project or service. In addition to the costs directly associated with the project, such as staff and equipment, projects will also draw on the rest of the organisation. For example, adequate finance, human resources, management, and IT systems, are also integral components of any project or service. The full cost of any project therefore includes an element of each type of overhead cost, which should be allocated on a comprehensive, robust, and defensible basis.
- Debt Advice Centre. The UK Insolvency Helpline is a service for people with debt problems. The service also operates teams of outreach debt advice workers working across Scotland The service is free, confidential and independent. The service has existed since 1986 and was set up in conjunction with the credit industry. The service provides self-help advice to its callers and also produces written self-help packs and fact sheets to back this up. The service can also assist callers with the setting up of Protected Trust Deed, Debt Management Plans and Bankruptcy for England, Wales & Scotland.

Community Development
- Community Planning Partnership (CPP). GCP Ltd has been tasked with delivering on the Objectives of Glasgow's Community Plan, as well as managing area-based regeneration activities across the whole of the city. GCP Ltd supports Community Planning at a citywide, area wide and local level through a network of area teams, as well as thematic partnerships. Staff of GCP Ltd also serve the network of 10 local Community Planning Partnership Boards across the city.
- Scottish Community Development Centre. The Scottish Community Development Centre is the designated National Development Centre for community development in Scotland. We are an innovative partnership between the Community Development Foundation (a UK non-departmental public body funded by government to support community development) and the University of Glasgow. Our main function is the delivery of a range of large scale contracts on behalf of national agencies such as Communities Scotland, NHS Health Scotland, Greenspace Scotland, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Carnegie Trust.
- Senscot. Senscot started in response to Scotland's many social problems - mainly concentrated in areas of chronic poverty. Our particular role is to recognise the contribution of individual leaders in tackling injustice and to support them and their endeavours.
- Governance Hub. The Hub offers a range of services and ideas via this website, as well as through a partnership programme, commissioning research, publishing new resources and organising events.
- Supplier Route to Government Portal. Supply2.gov.uk is the first portal of call to consolidate access to lower-value opportunities from across the whole of the UK public sector. Supply2.gov.uk opens up the market to all types of business including small businesses, start-up companies and social enterprises to search and view open lower-value contract opportunities, typically under £100,000, and promote themselves to the UK public sector.

- Third Sector. Third Sector is the UK’s leading publication for everyone who needs to know what’s going on in the voluntary and not-for-profit sector.
- Trustfunding. Trustfunding details all trusts included within DSC and CAF publications and is updated regularly throughout the year. It includes information on over 4,200 grant-making trusts with a total of over £3.1 billion a year.
- Social Enterprise Academy. The Social Enterprise Academy was set up in 2004 as a responsive social business with the capacity to tailor learning and development for people working in, or towards, a leadership role in the social economy. Our approach is to encourage innovation and creativity by focussing on individual participants and their personal development as entrepreneurial leaders.

- Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) is the independent registrar and regulator for Scotland's 23,500 charities. We are a Non-Ministerial Department and form part of the Scottish Administration.
- UK Regulator for Community Interest Companies. Community interest companies (CIC) are a new type of limited company designed specifically for those wishing to operate for the benefit of the community rather than for the benefit of the owners of the company. This means that a CIC cannot be formed or used solely for the personal gain of a particular person, or group of people. CICs can be limited by shares, or by guarantee, and will have a statutory “Asset Lock” to prevent the assets and profits being distributed, except as permitted by legislation. This ensures the assets and profits are retained within the CIC for community purposes, or transferred to another asset-locked organisation, such as another CIC or charity.
